About me
With over 12 years’ experience as a Lead Architect / Associate Design Manager in the UAE, GCC and North Africa. Successfully delivering projects worth up to AED 800 million and spanning 130,000 sq. meters in the hospitality, residential, and mixed-use high-rise building sectors. Furthermore, I have also consistently increased client profits by 15-25 million AED per project through cost reduction and expanding the saleable area. Enhancing the capabilities of auxiliary teams, enabling them to deliver at least 8 projects annually instead of 4. Currently, I am pursuing my Architectural BIM Diploma, LEED certification exam and engaging in online architectural and urban design courses offered by Harvard and MIT to further my self-development and advance my professional career.
